253INC, a San Francisco based company is looking for a Director of Sales for its Dealer and Corporate Trade Show Exhibit Sales Division with Responsible for achieving sales/financial goals that include building market share and sales volume. including maintaining and growing customer base and expanding sales opportunities.

You will also be responsible for hiring, motivating and training a professional sales team, developing sales plans and strategies and cultivating industry contacts and client relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Increase overall sales!
· Working with the CEO, establish annual sales goals and marketing plan
· Tracking monthly sales forecasts
· Identify sales opportunities
· Bring to the team a one year and three year strategic plan and goal and specific sales activities
· Develop sales processes and procedures
· Complete Management and participation in trade shows and event to drive sales

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications
· Five years’ experience working in a sales role in the trade show, audio visual or event industry
· Two (2) years of prior management experience.
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
· Detail-oriented and have organizational skills
· Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Ability to analyze and interpret general business contracts, as well as proficiently write reports, proposals, and other business correspondence
· Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and possessing an enthusiastic and positive attitude

A truss is a structure that includes a variety of posts at the top going in multiple directions. These posts will let you install hanging displays and hooks for items you are showcasing during the tradeshow. You can also get the truss powder-coated, which provides a color to match your logo. Some trusses also include logos and other graphics to make them unique.

Tents are great for trade shows where the booths are located outside or if you want to enclose your own booth to create more privacy. When choosing a tent, consider getting one custom-printed.
